We ask all participants to register for the meeting ahead of time.

The regstration fee is free.
The items indicated by * are indispensable.
All the boxes below accept only usual (English) characters. Others (e.g., Japanese) shall be ignored.

A reception party (Italian) is planned on Tuesday evening at a sand beach closed to Nishijin plaza. The price per person will be 5,000 yen. Vegetarian meals are available.

Hotel Reservation Form

For a foreign participants, we will book a hotel (JAL Resort Sea Hawk Hotel Fukuoka).
The Japanese participants who wish to stay at JAL Resort Sea Hawk Hotel can make a reservation by this form. The discount price for single room per night including breakfast and tax will be 10,000 Yen (week day) or 11,000 yen (week end).
